Notion workspace automation

Your productivity system, generated inside Notion automatically

Tell Archsync how you work. It diagnoses the gaps and builds a minimal, personalised Notion architecture — instantly, via OAuth.

Q1 — workflow style

How do you currently capture and organise your daily tasks?

I use a mix of Notion pages and browser bookmarks, but it's inconsistent

Q2 — blockers

What is the biggest friction point in your current system?

Too many tools No clear priority Context switching

Q3 — output preference

What does a successful week look like for you?

Step 1 of 3 — Workflow diagnostic

What Archsync does

A personalised Notion architecture, not another template

Most productivity frameworks hand you a generic structure and leave you to adapt it. Archsync works in reverse: it reads how you actually operate, identifies the structural gaps, and writes the exact databases, relations, and views your workflow needs — directly into your workspace.

The result is a living architecture tuned to you, not a starting point you still have to finish.

The usual approach
With Archsync
Download a template
Generate a system tuned to your workflow
Adapt someone else's structure
Architecture written for your blockers specifically
Configure databases manually
Databases, relations, and views created via OAuth
Repeat when your work changes
The architecture reflects how you actually work today

How it works

Three steps from intake to live workspace

Archsync uses a short conversational diagnostic to build a precise picture of your workflow, then generates and commits the architecture directly — no round-trips, no copy-pasting, no manual Notion setup.

01

Workflow diagnostic

Answer a short set of structured questions about how you capture tasks, manage projects, and where your current system breaks down. Archsync maps your answers to a set of architectural primitives.

02

Architecture preview

Review the exact structure Archsync will build: database names, property schemas, relation mappings, and filtered views. Adjust scope before anything is written to your workspace.

03

Connect and generate

Authorise Archsync via Notion OAuth. The integration creates every database, relation, and view in your chosen parent page and returns a verification report confirming each element.

The product

Three screens. One complete system.

Archsync guides you through a structured diagnostic, shows you exactly what will be built, then commits the architecture to your Notion workspace — all in a single flow.

Common questions

Built for people who want honest answers

What does the Notion OAuth connection actually give Archsync access to?

Archsync requests write access to a specific parent page you choose during the connect step. It creates databases and their relations inside that page only. It does not read your existing pages or data, and you can revoke the integration from your Notion settings at any time.

Will this overwrite or change anything I already have in Notion?

No. Archsync creates new databases inside the parent page you designate. It does not modify, move, or delete any existing content. The verification report lists every element created so you can review exactly what was added.

My workflow is non-standard. Will the diagnostic still produce something useful?

The diagnostic is designed for knowledge workers with strong opinions about their system — not the person who wants a default GTD setup. The questions surface what is actually breaking in your current approach, and the generated architecture addresses those specific gaps rather than assuming a universal structure.

Can I adjust the architecture before it is committed to Notion?

Yes. The Architecture Preview screen shows the complete structure — database names, property schemas, relation mappings, and filtered views — before anything is written to your workspace. You can review and adjust scope at that step.

What happens if the generation step fails partway through?

The verification report marks each element with its status. If any step fails, only that element is missing — what was successfully created remains in place. You can re-run the generation for failed items without duplicating what already exists.

Is Archsync a middleware connector that keeps running in the background?

No. Archsync is a one-time architect: it reads your diagnostic, generates the structure, and commits it. After that, the workspace belongs to you. There is no sync layer, no ongoing automation, and no background process running against your Notion account.
